I have posted this before but I felt like it just wasn't quite done yet.

I don't think that people really understand what an Executive Order is and how it can affect their daily lives and even their freedom.

Executive Orders of the President are not laws in fact. They are fishy things that have slowly shaped this nation. They have taken our great nation and transformed it from a Republic and made it into a Democracy. Don't be fooled, a Democracy only benefits the ones on top. That is what we are seeing today.

It is the responsibility of the people to fix that. In order to fix it, we must first realize what it is and how to manage it.

So what are Executive Orders of the President?

Short answer: they are orders than we, the people of this nation, have to live with everyday whether we like it or not. Here is a good place to read in depth.

We don't have a say in them as long as those orders do not go under a judicial review, which can be done by the supreme court.

Who appoints members of the Supreme Court? The President of the United States.
(Hmmm....seems to me that there is something fishy going on here.)

Another political entity that can challenge these orders is Congress....Yeah, I'm not real impressed with that one, either.

Now, some of you are thinking that I am going to go on my usual rant against the usurping president bObama. (You know who you are.) But, I have fooled you....

It would seem that with every presidency there are more executive orders.

Before you start to hyperventilate, may I direct you to the statement above regarding Congress' role in Executive Orders. They have the power to reverse them.....and we have the power to reverse Congress.

We are fighting against Pelosi/Reid/Obama healthcare....We are fighting to get to bottom of the missing birth certificate. But, we are missing the boat on Executive Orders! They have successfully guided our eyes to the circus in Congress and taken our attention away from the desk of the Oval Office.

Obama has used Executive Orders to give Interpol complete power to do whatever they so please in the United States. Interpol (which was run by Nazi, no kidding, until 30 years ago) can now enter your house and seize anything of yours, including your children. And, we can't legally stop them because no one in Congress raised a fuss.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it is time to rethink our agenda.
If we replace the tyrants with newer tyrants, we have done nothing.
If we do not replace the rule of power with the rule of law, we have done nothing.
If we continue to fall asleep as soon as we feel comfortable with our politicians, we do not deserve a republic and we have done nothing.

THE UNCOMMON MAN

The great British statesman and four times Prime Minister, William E. Gladstone, once proposed the creation of a grouping of pedestals for statues of history's most famous men. One pedestal stood higher than all the rest, and Gladstone was asked to identify the figure to be given the place of honor. Without a moment's hesitation, he named George Washington.

At the Continental Congress, meeting in Philadelphia, December 1799, one of Washington's finest military commanders, the famous cavalry general, Henry "Light-Horse Harry" Lee, now Congressman from Virginia (and later to become that state's governor) upon hearing of the death of our first president, rose to his feet and with tears in his eyes spoke for all Americans for all time when he said of Washington, "First in war, first in peace, and first in the hearts of his countrymen."

Many students of history consider George Washington to be the greatest man who ever lived. Certainly, he was the greatest American - a brilliant, educated, successful man who risked everything for the freedom of our country.

Washington was a man of great moral character. He was forthright, honest, charitable and a gentle man of quiet modesty and proper deportment - considerate, kind and courteous.

Washington was also a man of great talent. He was knowledgeable in agriculture, was a surveyor with an established reputation, and early in life became a land owner of some importance and considerable wealth.

He was held in such respect that at the age of 21 he was made a Major and Adjutant of the Virginia Militia, and so distinguished himself that at the age of 23 was made Commander in Chief of the Frontier Forces of Virginia.

Washington had a commanding appearance. He was the most physically impressive of all of our Presidents, and in his prime stood over 6 feet 4 inches tall and was a lean and powerful 225 pounds. In addition, this handsome figure had a distinct military bearing.

Washington was appropriately described by colleagues and writers of the time as "... straight, tall, wide- shouldered, with head well shaped, large straight nose, penetrating blue-gray eyes, a long handsome face terminating in a good firm chin, clear fair skin, firm mouth, and a commanding countenance; with speech, movement and gestures which are agreeable, differential, engaging and graceful."

Most important of all, Washington was a man with a total sense of responsibility, unquestioned integrity and deep devotion to God.

Part 2 : THE RESOLUTE LEADER

Among the many outstanding men of leadership in the American Colonies, Washington stood out above all. Once the War for Independence began, he was quickly and logically chosen Commander-in-Chief of the Colonial Forces. Washington had the impossible task of taking a few thousand untrained volunteers and leading them against the armies of the world's greatest empire......

Part 3 : WASHINGTON IN BATTLE

General Washington led his men with a passion, courage and fortitude that could come only from total dedication. When the Continental Congress did not, or could not, send the funds for his soldiers' supplies and salaries, Washington paid for them out of his own pocket.....

Part 4 : THE VISION

Various accounts of George Washington's vision and prophecy all agree in content. There have been only minor variations in some details as the story was repeated over the years by those to whom it was related by General Washington.

The place was Valley Forge, in the cold and bitter winter of 1777. Washington's army suffered several reverses and the situation was desperate. Food was scarce. The Continental Congress was not sending supplies or money. Some of the troops did not even have shoes to wear in the snow. Many soldiers were sick and dying from disease and exposure....

Part 5 : WASHINGTON'S OWN WORDS

"This afternoon, as I was sitting at this table engaged in preparing a dispatch, something seemed to disturb me. Looking up, I beheld standing opposite me a singularly beautiful female. So astonished was I, for I had given strict orders not to be disturbed, that it was some moments before I found language to inquire the cause of her presence. Most of my family came to America before the original 13 states were contemplated.

They came from Holland, Prussia and Ireland. The part of my family that did not come from Europe were already here. I can personally trace my family line back to the Queen of the Senecas that George Washington corresponded with while he was still a Red-Coat.

My family has fought and bled for this country. America has not had a war (declared or otherwise) that my family hasn't had at least one member serve in. My own cousin was in the Pentagon on 9/11. (You tell him there wasn't a plane there on that day...)

So, when I express concern over where I see this country heading you can bet that it comes from the love for this country that has been bred and cultivated in my family!

Socialism is on the rise in the United States and there are a good many people who are clapping their hands with glee. Do they not realize that the Nazis were the Socialist Party of Germany? That the Nazis killed indiscriminately all those who stood in there way even before they commenced genocide on the Jewish people?
I can not understand how people can be so progressive that they lose their ability to think.

I have written open letters to the military addressing the concern of American people in regards to the blatant disregard of the Constitution by our own Congress and Administration and I have been called a traitor, seditious and so on.

If it is treason to want our own government and country to remember and abide by it's own laws then maybe I am guilty.

If I am, then I sincerely hope that I am not alone in that guilt.

An Open Letter to The Military.

This letter is addressed to anyone in the United States Military, any branch, any rank.

There is a stirring in the air of this great nation. The people are crying out in a way that has not been seen since this nation gained it's birth.

Our elected president refuses to comply with the requests of many citizens to supply his birth certificate, and has even spent grand amounts of tax dollars to keep it from coming to the public eye.

Our Congress has refused to adhere to the voice of the people who put them in their respective offices and have passed a bill that will not only change the face of this nation but breaks the laws of our Constitution. I might add that it is your job to make sure that the Constitution is protected from corrupt officials.

It has come to the attention of many people that the Secretary of Homeland Security refers to Pro-Gun organizations, Pro-Life organization, Pro-God organizations and militias as domestic terrorists. Does she not realize that by her standards she is also calling the founding fathers of this union domestic terrorists?

I have waited and watched this past year to see what is to become of this administration.

I have listened as this elected (and otherwise) government called patriots, who drove across this nation to march peacefully on the Mall, Nazis, Birthers, Truthers, and Teabaggers. I watched that protest. I saw no one who resembled a Nazi. I saw concerned citizens who felt that was the only way for the government to hear them.

I have felt shame as I watched our government pander to leaders and countries who publicly loath America while systematically ignoring or condemning our allies.

I have felt the rage that so many parents are feeling as our President put a pervert in charge of the safety of our children's school.

I have shook my head in wonderment as terrorist who blatantly admit not only their hate of America, but their guilt in attacking America, have been given the same rights as law abiding, TAX PAYING, citizens.

I have watched while soldiers are prosecuted for doing the job that the government has forced them to do.

I listen to my six year old son pray for our soldier three times a day at the table. He thanks God for the good soldiers saving us from the bad soldiers.

I am a civilian. I have never served in the military. I am a single mother who lives in the country.
And yet, even I can see that the people of this union are not going to tolerate much more.

My questions to you, in fact the reason I am writing this letter, are these :

How much more will YOU tolerate?

How many more unconstitutional orders will you obey?

Will you help me protect my children from TYRANNY, or will I have to protect them from YOU?

I, and millions of other Americans, await your answer.

Former Kansas State Trooper Greg Everson: 'U.S. Forces Plan DIRECT ACTION AGAINST American Citizens'

There is an event coming in the very near-term future that is going to effect the USA to its very soul, former Kansas State Trooper Greg Everson of The Heartland USA and former host of Republic Broadcasting Voices from the Heartland told host Steve Quayle in a special two hour Survive 2 Thrive broadcast Thursday.

What is being planned and what is coming together is a perfect storm brewing right over our heads. Everson cited verifiable information confirmed by an active duty US Air Force Colonel, three chiefs of Police, a local Sheriff, State Troopers in 3 neighboring Midwest states and a Federal agent he has known for twenty years.

There is being made an effort to bring together the Armed Forces of this Nation in preparation for responding to and acting against the interests of our Citizens, Everson said. Such efforts include actions that will be so deep and penetrating that the United States will never be the same. Everson explained that the deteriorating economy combined with Federal Reserve theft of trillions unaccounted for has had a devastating effect on Americans who had have enough and the US Military expects will respond by defending what little they have left.

The American people have reached the point of total saturation due to the failure of Government to protect its borders, corruption and theft. Everson expects that such a response has been projected by US Government computer models and believes NORTHCOM, DHS and state and local authorities will begin implementation of Operation Garden Plot and Martial Law within 45-60 days. Civil war is precisely what this administration wants to happen, said Everson. And before Americans can organize themselves they will be destroyed by their own military.

The first signs of pacification by our own forces will not only be convoys rolling through city streets and small towns throughout the Country, but direct military action against pre-targeted areas. Data acquired in the past year by Census workers has been used to program military targeting computers which our own armed forces will use in the unthinkable task of fighting its own citizenry.

It is a formula for unmitigated disaster regardless of Copenhagen, Health Care reform or anything coming from Capitol Hill, Everson said. Steve Quayle noted his own sources who say as many as 50 million Americans are likely to be killed with gun owners, veterans and the more visible dissenters the most likely targets of deadly force. More liberal areas that pose minimal resistance would likely be pacified using lesser means.

One of Eversons sources was quoted as having said We have plans that if it gets bad enough we will simply commence yard farming, (a military reference for targeted air strikes) on neighborhoods and communities in cities and states where heavy resistance is expected. A tactic designed to destroy both the enemy and the area(s) under and around the enemy. Everson suggests such horrifying events could possibly coincide with an invasion by the Chinese from the west and Mexico from the south. In any case, military, law enforcement and civilian casualties could be enormous.

During the two hour broadcast Quayle received an e-mail message from an undisclosed US Military source that a last minute, unscheduled meeting of Saturday December 5 has been called for all unit commanders in the region to present readiness status reports. States in the Region include Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois and Tennessee.

My attention has been drawn to the disturbing phenomenon of overt Jew hatred in high schools, especially those with high populations of students from countries where Jew hatred is officially sanctioned in the law of their countries of origin.
As a case in point I offer one particularly disturbing story, because I believe it points to wider issues of concern for the educational system and for our society. It involves a Jewish teacher in an Ontario French high school whose name I cannot reveal because she fears physical retaliation.
"Miriam" had taught in French language schools in the 1970s and 1980s in schools with large Lebanese Christian populations without incurring any anti-Semitism. In her current career she works amicably with Muslims. A child of Holocaust survivors, Miriam is demonstrably neither racist nor anti-Muslim.
In 2001 Miriam started teaching at a school largely populated by children of refugees, mainly from Djibouti and Eritrea, countries where there are no Jews but where hatred of Jews is deeply entrenched in the culture.
During the academic year of 2002-2003 Miriam started to encounter anti-Semitic taunts from students, such as "Does someone see a Jew here, someone smell a Jew? It stinks here." When she reported this and similar insults to the principal, the principal did not follow up. Indeed, the principal seemed more concerned about the students' sensibilities than hers.
The principal instructed teachers not to offend their Muslim students; they were not to look students in the eye, they were not to gesture with the forefinger to bid them approach and they were not to interfere with male students who were physically aggressive to male teachers.
During the invasion of Iraq, moments of silence were held in the classroom. Cultural presentations involved only Muslim culture and no Canadian content. Students were allowed to leave assembly during the playing of the national anthem.
The crisis of this story occurred when Miriam admonished a student for wearing a Walkman in class. The student screamed at her: "I don't have to listen to you; you are not a person, you are nothing, you do not exist as a person." When Miriam demanded he accompany her to the principal's office, the student followed her down the hall yelling, "Don't speak to me, don't look at me, you are not human, you are a Jew."
Although the student was ultimately suspended for 10 days, his parents expressed puzzlement about the punishment since, they patiently explained, the teacher was after all Jewish. They complained about the severity of the punishment to the school board.
There were no sensitivity courses laid on for the students or the parents. When, over her objections, the offending student and another guilty of the same offence were returned to Miriam's class, she decided she could no longer work under such circumstances. She contacted the Hate Crime Unit of the local police and reported everything.
The School board treated Miriam as the source of the problem and asked her to retire. A top litigator told Miriam she had an excellent case for a lawsuit but fearing for her family's safety under the glare of publicity, she decided not to sue.
Lest you assume Miriam was paranoid or Islamophobic or that this was an isolated case of a few bad apples: In 2004, the year Miriam left, a full 60 out of 75 francophone teachers asked for a transfer, not because of anti-Semitism but because of anti-Westernism, a growing discomfort in other areas for which anti-Semitism is the proverbial canary in the mine. French-Canadian children had already stopped enrolling and as I understand it, the school is now virtually all-Muslim, including the teachers and principal.

Down in Dothan, Alabama a man had a TV on in his office when the news of the military base shootings came on. The husband of one of his employees was stationed there.

He called her into his office and the minute he told her what was going on, she got a text message from her husband saying, "I am okay." The cell phone started ringing right after that. It was an ER nurse. She said, "I'm the one who just sent you a text, not your husband." She thought the message would be comforting, but she immediately knew she had to let the wife know what was going on. She said, "I am sorry but your husband has been shot 4 times and he is in surgery."

The wife left Southern Clinic in Dothan and drove all night.

Here is the photo I just received from my brother that was taken today in the hospital room. He is awake and will recover. His wife, who lives in Dothan, made it to Ft. Hood about the time he was waking up. Thought I'd share this great outcome.

Thanksgiving is next week and I don't know how many families across this great nation of ours will be celebrating without their loved ones or be forced not celebrate it at all due to finances.....and many of our precious soldiers and veterans have been left behind, so to speak, by our government.

Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) said in a floor statement Monday that he will likely file a procedural motion to clear the nomination of David Hamilton, an Indiana native nominated to serve on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. You may remember Hamilton as the Judge who ruled it's illegal to pray "in Jesus name" but totally legal to pray to Allah on the floor of the Indiana Legislature. His foolish ruling in Hinrichs v. Bosma was overturned (thanks in part to our legal aid to the Indiana Attorney General).  He also ruled to hasten the abortion of unborn children, but that bad ruling was also overturned. Now Obama wants to reward Hamilton's anti-life anti-Jesus prejudice with promotion to the same appeals court that overruled him.

“Monday, a week from today, we’ll have votes in the morning. We have to do that,” Reid said, giving us more time to auto-fax all 100 Senators to filibuster Hamilton.  Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) wrote a letter to all Republicans on 30 Oct, asking for help in opposing Hamilton, who the Seventh Circuit Court rebuked for repeatedly "abusing his discretion," and for a speech Hamilton gave saying the judge's primary job is "write footnotes in the Constitution" for his own activist causes.  To support Sessions and Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK) who called for a filibuster, back in April & May 2009 we sent nearly 700,000 fax petitions to the full Senate against Hamilton, and we successfully persuaded all Republicans to unite against Hamilton, earning all 7 minority votes to block him in the Judiciary Committee. ANTI-JESUS, BUT PRO-ALLAH?

Judge Hamilton wrote: "The injunction orders the Speaker...that the prayers should not use Christ's name or title or any other denominational appeal...If those offering prayers in the Indiana House of Representatives choose to use the Arabic 'Allah'...the court sees little risk that the choice of language would advance a particular religion or disparage others."

In other words, Judge Hamilton ruled the words "Jesus" or "Christ" or "Savior" are illegal words, prohibited for public speech, banned by the First Amendment, which somehow prohibits freedom of religious expression, andmakes Christian prayers ILLEGAL, but prayers to Allah are TOTALLY LEGAL in a public forum. (What crazy version of the First Amendment is he reading?)

Thank God, we took action in 2007 and provided legal arguments to the Indiana Attorney General who appealed to the 7th Circuit Court and WE WON a 2-1 decision overruling Hamilton, restoring the right to pray "in Jesus name" in Indiana.  But if President Obama succeeds in promoting Hamilton to the same court that overruled him, that good reversal will be in jeopardy.

Judge Hamilton is the worst of Obama's 15 new liberal appeals court appointees. The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals covers Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois. Since most cases never reach the Supreme Court, the federal appellate circuits often provide the last word on cases affecting life and liberty.

In 2003, Judge Hamilton struck down part of an Indiana law on abortion. The reasonable law had required abortion clinics to simply give women information about alternatives to abortion in the presence of a physician or nurse, 18 hours before the procedure, until Hamilton ruled to hasten abortions. But thank God, the 7th Circuit Court also reversed Hamilton's bad decision in that case.

"Some of you guys think for erroneous reasons, that removing guns from the general public is safer than letting them keep them. What a crock of crap! This shooting was as bad as it was because some military (or likely politician) idiot made the same dumb rule as many parts of the USA and that was to ban guns except in training exercises on the base. Whoever made THIS decision was the reason it was a masacre.

In Killeen many years earlier in a Luby’s cafeteria the same thing happened many years ago when a gunman went in there and started firing. Suzana gratia hupp a sitting representive who was there with her parents (who were both killed) and was licensed to carry, laid the blame where it should have been not on the gunman, but the politicians who said it was illegal for her to carry HER gun into the restaurant. Same thing goes for Fort Hood!

Every government take over of their civilian population was prefaced by removing the ability of the civilians to defend themselves. Every act of violence was propogated by the victim to be unable to defend themselves. You are in essense in saying it is better to be defenseless in a violent altercation than to have a way to defend yourself.

Personally I think we should FINE all you people for NOT carrying a gun! I have to hire a policeman to protect you (and in fact will just be there to investigate your death from the crime because he was not there when the crime was comitted), when in fact YOU should have protected yourself!

Everyone… should 1) go to a gun safety training program, 2) buy or be given a gun and a gun safe in which to store them when not on their person, 3) free training time at gun ranges to make sure you are proficient, 4) make it illegal NOT to carry a weapon unless given a government “permit” not too.

Crime would then PLUMIT because there would not be anymore victims for the slaughter. Stop your whining about guns. It is a precious gift to have the RIGHT to carry a gun."

Dear American Patriot,

Marine LtCol Jeffrey Chessani refused to throw his men under the bus to save his career. So the government is doing everything it can to grind him up.

He urgently needs your help.

He served three tours of duty in Iraq, including the Second Battle of Fallujah. He also served in Panama and in the First Persian Gulf War. He honorably served his country as a Marine officer for over 20 years.

His superiors considered him a superb leader, who demonstrated moral courage with unlimited potential and value to the Marine Corps.

Despite all of this, on December 1, 2009, LtCol Chessani will face a Military Board of Inquiry (BOI) to determine whether he is guilty of misconduct and should be demoted in rank because of the so-called "Haditha Massacre" - a massacre everyone now knows never happened.

The bogus criminal charges against LtCol Chessani were triggered by a fierce house-to-house, room-by-room combat action taken by four of his enlisted Marines after insurgents in Haditha, Iraq ambushed their convoy on November 19, 2005. The rest of the story below.

LtCol Chessani was first criminally charged with failing to accurately report and investigate that incident. Essentially, the government said he did not file the proper paperwork. Pretty lame! Yet, had it convicted him, he would have faced 2½ years in prison.

The government lost at every stage of the criminal process.

Because it couldn't win in a court of law, the government has now ordered a Board of Inquiry to decide LtCol Chessani's fate. This is the government's clever way to "finish off" LtCol Chessani without having to follow normal court rules.

With your help, and the help of thousands of patriotic Americans, we were able to defeat the prosecution at every stage of the criminal process.

LtCol Paul Ware, USMC, a military judge who heard testimony in one of the cases involving the November 19th Haditha incident, had this to say about the government's case:

"To believe the government version of facts is to disregard clear and convincing evidence to the contrary and sets a dangerous precedent that, in my opinion, may encourage others to bear false witness against Marines as a tactic to erode public support of the Marine Corps and mission in Iraq. Even more dangerous is the potential that a Marine may hesitate at the critical moment when facing the enemy..."

But a Board of Inquiry is an administrative hearing where the normal rules of evidence are thrown out the window. The Board can consider material without the benefit of a cross examination; they can consider the tainted record of the Article 32 Hearing; LtCol Chessani cannot subpoena witnesses; and the government need only prove misconduct by a preponderance of the evidence (50.1%) rather than beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Board could force LtCol Chessani to retire and be demoted in rank. Aside from the obvious disgrace to one of our most effective combat commanders, this would cost him and his family huge losses in retirement pay and benefits.

For a man and family that dedicated their lives to the defense of our great nation - you and I cannot allow this to happen.

A BOI finding of misconduct will not only be a tragedy for LtCol Chessani and his family, but for all our troops the government places in harm's way.

Now, for the rest of the story . . .

The four Marines were members of the battalion commanded by LtCol Chessani ─ 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines ("The Thundering Third") ─ one of the most decorated units in the Marine Corps.

On the morning of November 19, 2005, a Marine convoy was rolling through Haditha, Iraq - an insurgent stronghold. Suddenly, a roadside bomb went off under a Humvee, killing one Marine and seriously injuring two others.

Marines immediately received fire from the ambushing insurgents who were shooting from nearby civilian-occupied homes.

Following orders from the officer at the scene, and at great risk to themselves, the four Marines stormed the houses from which the insurgents were firing. In the ensuing room-by-room, house-by-house gun battles, the Marines killed at least nine insurgents.

Tragically, 15 civilians were also killed in the crossfire. In urban combat where insurgents purposely use civilians as human shields, civilian casualties are an unfortunate, but not uncommon occurrence.

As tragic as these civilian deaths were, we can't shackle our combat commanders' ability to make decisions by placing them in fear of criminal prosecution or Boards of Inquiry every time there are civilian casualties as a result of combat action.

LtCol Chessani immediately reported the deaths of the 15 civilian Iraqis to his superiors.

The Pentagon had his battlefront report within 24 hours.

Not one of Jeffrey Chessani's superiors - including top generals - learning of the 15 civilian deaths considered it unusual. Not one of them suggested an investigation. In fact, his superiors commended him for a job well done.

But a few months later, an inflammatory Time Magazine news lead, instigated by an insurgent propaganda operative, accused the four Marines of massacring innocent civilians.

Pennsylvania Congressman John Murtha, the leading anti-war politician, appeared on major television networks and stated there had been no firefight. He publicly accused the young enlisted Marines of "cold blooded" murder and Marine officers of a "cover-up." He blamed it on the stress of being in Iraq too long.

Political and media pressure caused the military to buckle. At least 65 fulltime investigators, the largest investigation in the history of the NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Services) were assigned to conduct a year-long, multi-million dollar investigation focused on LtCol Jeffrey Chessani and his four enlisted men.

Every patriotic American should be concerned with the outcome of this case because it could drastically curtail the future ability of American soldiers to defend our Nation.

For twenty years Marine Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Chessani has been defending our nation... often away from his wife and children... so that we could be safely with ours.

I was the guy wearing the black Burberry jacket that you demanded that I hand over, shortly after you pulled the knife on me and my girlfriend, threatening our lives. You also asked for my girlfriend's purse and earrings. I can only hope that you somehow come across this rather important message.
First, I'd like to apologize for your embarrassment; I didn't expect you to actually crap in your pants when I drew my pistol after you took my jacket. The evening was not that cold, and I was wearing the jacket for a reason.
My girl friend had just bought me that Kimber Model 1911 .45 A CP pistol for my birthday, and we had picked up a shoulder holster for it that very evening. Obviously you agree that it is a very intimidating weapon when pointed at your head ... isn't it?!
I know it probably wasn't fun walking back to wherever you'd come from with that brown sludge in your pants. I'm sure it was even worse walking bare-footed since I made you leave your shoes, cell phone, and wallet with me.. That prevented you from calling or running to your buddies to come help mug us again.
After I called your mother, or Momma as you had her listed in your cell, I explained the entire episode of what you'd done. Then I went and filled up my gas tank as well as those of four other people in the gas station, on your credit card. The guy with the big motor home took 150 gallons and was extremely grateful! I gave your shoes to a homeless guy outside Vinnie Van Go Go's, along with all the cash in your wallet. That made his day!
I then threw your wallet into the big pink "pimp mobile" that was parked at the curb ... after I broke the windshield and side window and keyed the entire driver's side of the car. Later, I called a bunch of phone sex numbers from your cell phone. Ma Bell just now shut down the line, although I only
used the phone for a little over a day now, so what's going on with that? Earlier, I managed to get in two threatening phone calls to the DA's office and one to the FBI, while mentioning President Obama as my possible target.
The FBI guy seemed really intense and we had a nice long chat (I guess while he traced your number etc.).
In a way, perhaps I should apologize for not killing you .... but I feel this type of retribution is a far more appropriate punishment for your threatened crime. I wish you well as you try to sort through some of these rather immediate pressing issues, and can only hope that you have the opportunity to reflect upon, and perhaps reconsider, the career path you've chosen to pursue in life. Remember, next time you might not be so lucky.

I am a 15 year old girl living in the United States of America. I constantly ask myself the following questions:
Where is America headed?
What have these pagan socialists done to our country?
I was not around in the “good old days” at the beginning of our nation, but I know, through reading the letters and papers written by our founding fathers, the very men who pledged to us their lives, their fortunes, and the SACRED HONORS, that they meant for America to be a free people. They meant for us to be able to stand up and know, deep in our hearts, and be able to freely say that we have unalienable rights. Obama clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of the word unalienable. It is a word that means that these rights can never be separated from us. They are so deeply bound to us that NO ONE can take them away. That includes ALL of our rights. Our founding fathers were not indecisive. They did not create the United States so that one man could destroy it. They didn’t mean only for the army to have weapons and guns. HELL NO! Even ADOLF HITLER let his men have weapons. A recurring trend throughout history shows us, undeniably, that when the people are disarmed, the despots have free reign. They say, “I do well for your country.” They placate restless people. Then they strike, and a country is no longer free. A country is at war with itself.
The way our country has become would make the founding fathers roll over in their graves. It makes me want to scream. Our values as a society are being degraded and corrupted. I do believe that George Orwell may not be that far off. In a decade or two, we could be back in 1984, with Big Brother Socialist watching our every move and thought. I want our morals and values restored. Not only that, I want to reaffirm not only MY values and morals and honor, but the values and morals and honor of AMERICA. I wish for our country to be the way it was created. The founding fathers made no mistakes. They saw what power did. They saw corruption. Even I, a 15 year old girl, can see that not only does the government have too much power, it is incredibly corrupted. Our country cannot begin to redeem itself without first taking things back to the way they were created. We must put the power back into the hands of the people! We cannot allow our corrupt government officials to buy off the congress. We must take back the rights given to us by GOD! The government was created to do what the people themselves cannot do. That means fight wars, give shelter. That does not mean telling us whether or not we can fight for ourselves, protect ourselves, HUNT! An attack on hunting can be seen as only an attack on guns and our 2nd Amendment RIGHT! There is a reason we were given the rights we were given. Our founding fathers would look shamefully on this farcical display of idiocy. Only WE THE PEOPLE can restore America’s honor. We must fight the oppressors any way we can. Now the way is with words and their own corrupted laws. We must talk our way back to the way it was meant to be. We cannot, should not go back to violence, to war. I do not condemn war, I merely wish to say that war would be a very poor way indeed to reach our objective. My question today is, Where are the people who will stand up for the America that was?
Why is it that when I talk to people on the phone six out of 10 don't have a clue what I've been talking about?
Why is Congress giving themselves a raise when Americans are losing their homes and going hungry?
How is it good for our countrymen and soldiers for our President to ignore their general ?

· Dismemberment of Americans from Blackwater in Fallujah complete with the hanging of burned bodies from a bridge to the delight of the Muslim crowd – March 31, 2004. · Decapitations of Nick Berg, Daniel Pearl, Kenneth Bigley, and others at various times and places.

Lest we think that this barbarism is reserved for Westerners, Islam promotes:

· Honor killings of girls and women not only in Islamic nations, but right here in the good ‘ol USA.
· Child brides.
· Conversion killings of anyone even thinking about leaving the Islamic faith. · Child abuse and indoctrination via children’s cartoons (Muppets no less!) that make sport of killing Americans and Jews and portray us as pigs and dogs. (You can find them on YouTube!)
· Punishing children for petty theft by having their arms broken beneath the wheel of a truck. (You can find this gem on YouTube as well!)
· Slavery in all its glory. Both for labor and sexual purposes. This is rampant in the Islamic world particularly among our Saudi “allies”. Victims are Indonesian, Sri Lankan, Filipino, Indian, and from any country where one could be lured with the promise of an escape from poverty. Some victims are from the West. · Cruelty in all its forms to one and all.

Having spent the best part of five years in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Israel (Gaza/West Bank), I can tell you that I have personally seen an adult man take off his shoe and beat a toddler around the head and shoulders with its heel. The little boy was wearing only a dust soaked shirt that came up above his belly. Yet, not a tear fell on his dirt-smudged cherubic face. He fell down breaking his fall with his tiny hands, but would not – or could not cry. I have seen an adult man suddenly and repeatedly strike a burka-wearing woman with a stick when she tried to exit a compound through a gate without a male escort. I have seen a man beat a donkey on the legs and back with a club until the panicked, pleading, and bleeding animal fell to the ground.

Kabul has astounding traffic tie-ups. Road rage is limited because one never knows if the other guy may have a flamethrower in his vehicle, but the cursing and honking is legendary. In the spring of 2007, during a massive, two-hour traffic jam on Jalalabad Road, I watched as an Afghan driver and his assistant got out of their flat bed truck in an attempt to beat the heat by lying down in the shade under the tires. The truck was hauling two large containers of medical supplies marked with a Red Cross. The driver apparently forgot to put out the tire chalks, and the truck rolled over both men crushing their heads like peas. Nobody – nobody – lifted a finger to help them. Their bodies were simply pulled to the side and the honking and shouting went on as usual. Life means nothing.

Apologists will bring up the crimes of the West.......

A 40 year old divorced woman in Jordan, who was the mother of 5 children, was stabbed to death and her body burned (a terrible insult to a Muslim) by her own brothers. All because it was rumored that she had a boyfriend.

Jordan is known for being a moderate Islam society and yet these so-called 'honor killings' rarely have a stiff sentencing. Why?

Let's go over this again. Divorced. Mother. Five children. Killed by her own little brothers over a rumor!

There is a large contingency that fears that our country is soon headed to war. Not surprising with Iran having nuclear capabilities and with Russia backing them. Not to mention that our own government seems to be kissing something of theirs (you can use your imagination)
But, the real fear is not based on outside influences. It's not racism. It's not just the Islamic movement. Best Wishes for the Jewish High Holidays

Todd and I would like to offer our best wishes to the Jewish community as they celebrate the High Holy Days. With the celebration of the Jewish New Year this week and the observance of the Day of Atonement next week, we are reminded of the hopeful commitment to renewal and peace exemplified by the Jewish tradition and the Jewish people throughout history.

Yom Kippur, the most solemn and important of the Jewish holy days, is a time of reflection and supplication for forgiveness. The timeless human struggle to promote justice, harmony, and peace is seen here in this process of atonement – in humbly seeking pardon for past wrongs in the hope of a new beginning. It reminds us that if we wish to co-exist globally, we must all strive for forgiveness and tolerance.

A speech was given at the United Nations General Assembly yesterday that was full of hateful anti-Semitic rhetoric. It was a shameful display before a body whose very charter is premised on the need for co-operation and harmony in pursuit of peaceful co-existence between nations. Such talk was especially abhorrent coming as it did during the Jewish High Holidays. The world community must speak with one voice in declaring anti-Semitism and all forms of intolerance and racism utterly unacceptable. There is no place in the community of peace-loving nations for those who traffic in hate or deny the terrible atrocity of the Nazi Holocaust.

In this holy season, we join the Jewish people in the struggle to promote justice, harmony, and peace. May God bless them.
