...What women can or cannot do in combat is not always clear in today's wars, and many say that the Department of Defense and Congress should reevaluate women's roles in modern warfare.
As female aviators, military police officers, and civil affairs officers, about 80 percent of the positions in the Department of Defense and 70 percent in the Army are available to women, according to a RAND study. Women make up about 11 percent of the forces deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.....

'Honor' killings, there is no honor in murder...
These women could be our neighbors, our best friend, our sister...but they wont be because they are dead! They are the victims of Islamic Honor Killings, and it is getting worse and worse in the US and Canada. Not to mention Sweden, the UK and other western countries. You can not afford to ignore the big ugly elephant in the room anymore! Sons murder their mothers, brothers kill their sisters, husbands kill their wives and daughters because under Sharia law they have that right if they feel that dishonor has been put on them for any reason! The chief of an evangelical ministry called Repent America has filed a civil lawsuit against the National Park Service for restricting his speech at the Liberty Bell Center in Philadelphia,which houses the artifact from American history that rang to announce the first public readingof the Declaration of Independence and is inscribed with "Proclaim LIBERTY throughout all the Land unto all the inhabitants thereof," a biblical quotation from Leviticus 25:10.
The case is being brought by Repent America's Michael Marcavage, who was fined and given probation for speaking on public.....

Dear American Patriot,
Marine LtCol Jeffrey Chessani refused to throw his men under the bus to save his career. So the government is doing everything it can to grind him up.
He urgently needs your help.He served three tours of duty in Iraq, including the Second Battle of Fallujah. He also served in Panama and in the First Persian Gulf War. He honorably served his country as a Marine officer for over 20 years.
His superiors considered him a superb leader, who demonstrated moral courage with unlimited potential and value to the Marine Corps.
Despite all of this, on December 1, 2009, LtCol Chessani will face a Military Board of Inquiry (BOI) to determine whether he is guilty of misconduct and should be demoted in rank because of the so-called "Haditha Massacre" - a massacre everyone now knows never happened.
The bogus criminal charges against LtCol Chessani were triggered by a fierce house-to-house, room-by-room combat action taken by four of his enlisted Marines after insurgents in Haditha, Iraq ambushed their convoy on November 19, 2005. The rest of the story below.
LtCol Chessani was first criminally charged with failing to accurately report and investigate that incident. Essentially, the government said he did not file the proper paperwork. Pretty lame! Yet, had it convicted him, he would have faced 2½ years in prison.
The government lost at every stage of the criminal process.
Because it couldn't win in a court of law, the government has now ordered a Board of Inquiry to decide LtCol Chessani's fate. This is the government's clever way to "finish off" LtCol Chessani without having to follow normal court rules.
With your help, and the help of thousands of patriotic Americans, we were able to defeat the prosecution at every stage of the criminal process.
LtCol Paul Ware, USMC, a military judge who heard testimony in one of the cases involving the November 19th Haditha incident, had this to say about the government's case:
"To believe the government version of facts is to disregard clear and convincing evidence to the contrary and sets a dangerous precedent that, in my opinion, may encourage others to bear false witness against Marines as a tactic to erode public support of the Marine Corps and mission in Iraq. Even more dangerous is the potential that a Marine may hesitate at the critical moment when facing the enemy..."
But a Board of Inquiry is an administrative hearing where the normal rules of evidence are thrown out the window. The Board can consider material without the benefit of a cross examination; they can consider the tainted record of the Article 32 Hearing; LtCol Chessani cannot subpoena witnesses; and the government need only prove misconduct by a preponderance of the evidence (50.1%) rather than beyond a reasonable doubt.
The Board could force LtCol Chessani to retire and be demoted in rank. Aside from the obvious disgrace to one of our most effective combat commanders, this would cost him and his family huge losses in retirement pay and benefits.
For a man and family that dedicated their lives to the defense of our great nation - you and I cannot allow this to happen.
A BOI finding of misconduct will not only be a tragedy for LtCol Chessani and his family, but for all our troops the government places in harm's way.

Now, for the rest of the story . . .
The four Marines were members of the battalion commanded by LtCol Chessani ─ 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines ("The Thundering Third") ─ one of the most decorated units in the Marine Corps.
On the morning of November 19, 2005, a Marine convoy was rolling through Haditha, Iraq - an insurgent stronghold. Suddenly, a roadside bomb went off under a Humvee, killing one Marine and seriously injuring two others.
Marines immediately received fire from the ambushing insurgents who were shooting from nearby civilian-occupied homes.
Following orders from the officer at the scene, and at great risk to themselves, the four Marines stormed the houses from which the insurgents were firing. In the ensuing room-by-room, house-by-house gun battles, the Marines killed at least nine insurgents.
Tragically, 15 civilians were also killed in the crossfire. In urban combat where insurgents purposely use civilians as human shields, civilian casualties are an unfortunate, but not uncommon occurrence.
As tragic as these civilian deaths were, we can't shackle our combat commanders' ability to make decisions by placing them in fear of criminal prosecution or Boards of Inquiry every time there are civilian casualties as a result of combat action.
LtCol Chessani immediately reported the deaths of the 15 civilian Iraqis to his superiors.
The Pentagon had his battlefront report within 24 hours.
Not one of Jeffrey Chessani's superiors - including top generals - learning of the 15 civilian deaths considered it unusual. Not one of them suggested an investigation. In fact, his superiors commended him for a job well done.
But a few months later, an inflammatory Time Magazine news lead, instigated by an insurgent propaganda operative, accused the four Marines of massacring innocent civilians.
Pennsylvania Congressman John Murtha, the leading anti-war politician, appeared on major television networks and stated there had been no firefight. He publicly accused the young enlisted Marines of "cold blooded" murder and Marine officers of a "cover-up." He blamed it on the stress of being in Iraq too long.
Political and media pressure caused the military to buckle. At least 65 fulltime investigators, the largest investigation in the history of the NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Services) were assigned to conduct a year-long, multi-million dollar investigation focused on LtCol Jeffrey Chessani and his four enlisted men.
Every patriotic American should be concerned with the outcome of this case because it could drastically curtail the future ability of American soldiers to defend our Nation.
For twenty years Marine Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey Chessani has been defending our nation... often away from his wife and children... so that we could be safely with ours.
I am aware that these are hard economic times for many, but please consider the sacrifices that LtCol Chessani and his wife and children have made for each of us and our families, so that we may have peace at home. Never forget the Holocaust!
Gen. Eisenhower was truly a great man. America needs men and women like him today more than ever. Where are they? When will their voices be heard?
The answer for me, well, it's that we need to start listening. They're here. They are trying to fight for our freedom in a never ceasing battle that the majority of Americans want to ignore.
We don't want to think about the savagery of Islam...the unspeakable acts of violence...and so we ignore it. As if we could wish it away.
Well, that's not going to work as is evident in the gaining of political power by Islam. As is evident in that even England is contemplating removal of all studies involving the Holocaust so that their (secular) schools (that most muslims would not go to) do not offend the Muslims...
Now, what are you going to do about it?

To the Guy Who Tried to Mug Me in Downtown Savannah night before last. Date: 2009-05-27, 1:43 a.m. E.S.T.
I was the guy wearing the black Burberry jacket that you demanded that I hand over, shortly after you pulled the knife on me and my girlfriend, threatening our lives. You also asked for my girlfriend's purse and earrings. I can only hope that you somehow come across this rather important message.
First, I'd like to apologize for your embarrassment; I didn't expect you to actually crap in your pants when I drew my pistol after you took my jacket. The evening was not that cold, and I was wearing the jacket for a reason.
My girl friend had just bought me that Kimber Model 1911 .45 A CP pistol for my birthday, and we had picked up a shoulder holster for it that very evening. Obviously you agree that it is a very intimidating weapon when pointed at your head ... isn't it?!
I know it probably wasn't fun walking back to wherever you'd come from with that brown sludge in your pants. I'm sure it was even worse walking bare-footed since I made you leave your shoes, cell phone, and wallet with me.. That prevented you from calling or running to your buddies to come help mug us again.
After I called your mother, or Momma as you had her listed in your cell, I explained the entire episode of what you'd done. Then I went and filled up my gas tank as well as those of four other people in the gas station, on your credit card. The guy with the big motor home took 150 gallons and was extremely grateful! I gave your shoes to a homeless guy outside Vinnie Van Go Go's, along with all the cash in your wallet. That made his day!
I then threw your wallet into the big pink "pimp mobile" that was parked at the curb ... after I broke the windshield and side window and keyed the entire driver's side of the car. Later, I called a bunch of phone sex numbers from your cell phone. Ma Bell just now shut down the line, although I only
used the phone for a little over a day now, so what's going on with that? Earlier, I managed to get in two threatening phone calls to the DA's office and one to the FBI, while mentioning President Obama as my possible target.
The FBI guy seemed really intense and we had a nice long chat (I guess while he traced your number etc.).
In a way, perhaps I should apologize for not killing you .... but I feel this type of retribution is a far more appropriate punishment for your threatened crime. I wish you well as you try to sort through some of these rather immediate pressing issues, and can only hope that you have the opportunity to reflect upon, and perhaps reconsider, the career path you've chosen to pursue in life. Remember, next time you might not be so lucky.

I am a 15 year old girl living in the United States of America. I constantly ask myself the following questions:
Where is America headed?
What have these pagan socialists done to our country?
I was not around in the “good old days” at the beginning of our nation, but I know, through reading the letters and papers written by our founding fathers, the very men who pledged to us their lives, their fortunes, and the SACRED HONORS, that they meant for America to be a free people. They meant for us to be able to stand up and know, deep in our hearts, and be able to freely say that we have unalienable rights. Obama clearly doesn’t understand the meaning of the word unalienable. It is a word that means that these rights can never be separated from us. They are so deeply bound to us that NO ONE can take them away. That includes ALL of our rights. Our founding fathers were not indecisive. They did not create the United States so that one man could destroy it. They didn’t mean only for the army to have weapons and guns. HELL NO! Even ADOLF HITLER let his men have weapons. A recurring trend throughout history shows us, undeniably, that when the people are disarmed, the despots have free reign. They say, “I do well for your country.” They placate restless people. Then they strike, and a country is no longer free. A country is at war with itself.
The way our country has become would make the founding fathers roll over in their graves. It makes me want to scream. Our values as a society are being degraded and corrupted. I do believe that George Orwell may not be that far off. In a decade or two, we could be back in 1984, with Big Brother Socialist watching our every move and thought. I want our morals and values restored. Not only that, I want to reaffirm not only MY values and morals and honor, but the values and morals and honor of AMERICA. I wish for our country to be the way it was created. The founding fathers made no mistakes. They saw what power did. They saw corruption. Even I, a 15 year old girl, can see that not only does the government have too much power, it is incredibly corrupted. Our country cannot begin to redeem itself without first taking things back to the way they were created. We must put the power back into the hands of the people! We cannot allow our corrupt government officials to buy off the congress. We must take back the rights given to us by GOD! The government was created to do what the people themselves cannot do. That means fight wars, give shelter. That does not mean telling us whether or not we can fight for ourselves, protect ourselves, HUNT! An attack on hunting can be seen as only an attack on guns and our 2nd Amendment RIGHT! There is a reason we were given the rights we were given. Our founding fathers would look shamefully on this farcical display of idiocy. Only WE THE PEOPLE can restore America’s honor. We must fight the oppressors any way we can. Now the way is with words and their own corrupted laws. We must talk our way back to the way it was meant to be. We cannot, should not go back to violence, to war. I do not condemn war, I merely wish to say that war would be a very poor way indeed to reach our objective. We needn’t kill or maim, simply impeach, throw out the corrupted officials and implant new, sturdy, honorable ones in their stead.
It is not only our right, but our DUTY to overthrow a corrupt government. If Obama and Clinton cannot see that, they need to stop burning the Declaration and Constitution long enough to read the documents that brought about a beautiful country.
WE THE PEOPLE have the power, and the responsibility to use it. GOD BLESS AMERICA, THE WAY IT WAS CREATED, FREE AND EQUAL!

I do believe that George Orwell may not be that far off. In a decade or two, we could be back in 1984, with Big Brother Socialist watching our every move and thought. I want our morals and values restored. Not only that, I want to reaffirm not only MY values and morals and honor, but the values and morals and honor of AMERICA. I wish for our country to be the way it was created. The founding fathers made no mistakes. They saw what power did. They saw corruption. Even I, a 15 year old girl, can see that not only does the government have too much power, it is incredibly corrupted. Our country cannot begin to redeem itself without first taking things back to the way they were created. We must put the power back into the hands of the people! We cannot allow our corrupt government officials to buy off the congress. We must take back the rights given to us by GOD! The government was created to do what the people themselves cannot do. That means fight wars, give shelter. That does not mean telling us whether or not we can fight for ourselves, protect ourselves, HUNT! An attack on hunting can be seen as only an attack on guns and our 2nd Amendment RIGHT! There is a reason we were given the rights we were given. Our founding fathers would look shamefully on this farcical display of idiocy. Only WE THE PEOPLE can restore America’s honor. We must fight the oppressors any way we can. Now the way is with words and their own corrupted laws. We must talk our way back to the way it was meant to be. We cannot, should not go back to violence, to war. I do not condemn war, I merely wish to say that war would be a very poor way indeed to reach our objective. We needn’t kill or maim, simply impeach, throw out the corrupted officials and implant new, sturdy, honorable ones in their stead.
It is not only our right, but our DUTY to overthrow a corrupt government. If Obama and Clinton cannot see that, they need to stop burning the Declaration and Constitution long enough to read the documents that brought about a beautiful country.
WE THE PEOPLE have the power, and the responsibility to use it. GOD BLESS AMERICA, THE WAY IT WAS CREATED, FREE AND EQUAL!

PSA to the military and officers of the law.
This young man is a reservist with 11 years in as well as a veteran in the war on Terror in Afghanistan.
He talks to the citizens of this country about what he believes is coming and what people should do about it.
He calls on military and law enforcement to disobey unconstitutional order when or if that happens.

To Whom It May Concern,
To poll the public as to if a person should be killed is STUPID!
To poll the public as to if the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES should be killed is beyond stupid!
To vote in favor of it is homicidal and treasonous.
I did not vote for President Barack Obama. I am a registered Independent. (because that is the only way I can get a chance to vote as I have to register as something) But, that is not why I did not vote for him. I voted for the man that I thought was better equipped to run this country in this time. Was there a better candidate than Barack Obama or John McCain? That's up to you to decide for yourself.
That all being said, There is no way on God's green earth that I would, or ever will, condone the attempt on the life of a sitting President.
To those of you who voted in favor: Well, may God have mercy on you. The Secret Service wont, and I really don't blame them. You'll get what you deserve.
We don't have to like the President. We do, however, have to honor the sanctity of the office of the President and law of the Constitution which gives everyone the right to life.
If you don't want Barack Obama as the President of the United States call your Congressman or woman and hound them until they impeach him. That's how adults and sane people handle matters, within the letter of the law.

Israel - Our forgotten family
The next time someone wants to know why we should support Israel....
"Oct. 25. 1765, a group of Philadelphia merchants gathered in the State House to sign the non-importation agreement to fight the hated Stamp Tax of the British government. The first man to step forward to sign his name was the president of Mikve Israel Congregation, Philadelphia's only synagogue, Mathias Bush.
As the tensions between Britain and the American Colonies increased and finally erupted into war the American Colonial population was split almost into thirds; one third supported the war, one third was neutral and one third was pro British. The small Jewish population of America was also divided – the choice though was very heavily and disproportionaly in favor and support of the American Revolution. Not only did the Jews pledge their fortunes and sacred honor for America but their very lives."

Where do we go from here? Now, they're are after our kids while our backs are turned!
My question today is, Where are the people who will stand up for the America that was?
Why is it that when I talk to people on the phone six out of 10 don't have a clue what I've been talking about?
Why is Congress giving themselves a raise when Americans are losing their homes and going hungry?
How is it good for our countrymen and soldiers for our President to ignore their general ?
Well, I've posted a link to a really good article that doesn't answer all of those questions, but it does shed some light.
Here is an excerpt:"........I would remind that I am not equating Obama with Hitler (as many on the left had no problem doing, and with impunity, regarding our last president), I am comparing methodology. I spent a significant amount of time last week reading and listening to the testimony of people who'd been raised in Hitler's Germany and Castro's Cuba; they testified to having experienced this very type of indoctrination as children.
Earlier in the week, the story of President Obama's appointment of Kevin Jennings as director of the Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools appeared in the press, though not widely. Jennings, a radical homosexual who founded the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), an educational consulting organization with over 4,000 chapters in schools across America. He has advocated promoting homosexuality in schools, and written unapologetically about his own drug use. In one instance, his group was criticized for graphically describing unorthodox sex practices to students."
